These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hersorelle.com and your purchase of products from Sorelle, operated by RCS Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 69 630 610 990) of 44 Pine Ave, Davistown NSW 2251, Australia ("Sorelle", "we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products

Sorelle Plump Tape is a cosmetic product for external use by adults aged 18 and over. It is not a medical device or therapeutic good. All product descriptions, images, and claims on this website are cosmetic in nature. Results are temporary and vary by individual.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept your offer by dispatching the goods and sending a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if stock is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely; we do not store your card details.

7. Subscribe & Save Terms

Subscribe & Save is our subscription programme that gives you 20% off every order when you subscribe to regular automatic deliveries. You choose your delivery frequency (monthly or every 2 months) and the discount is applied automatically to every order.

Subscription discount

The Subscribe & Save discount is 20% off the standard retail price of all subscribed products. This discount applies to every recurring order for as long as your subscription is active. The discount may not be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless explicitly stated.

How billing works

Your payment method is charged automatically on each scheduled delivery date. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge. Payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD); your bank may apply currency conversion fees for non-AUD cards.

Pausing and skipping

You can pause your subscription or skip an upcoming order at any time by logging into your Sorelle account and managing your subscription settings. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to take effect for that order.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — there is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. To cancel:

• Log into your account at hersorelle.com/account and select Cancel Subscription, or
• Email info@hersorelle.com and we will cancel within 24 hours

Cancellation takes effect immediately. If you cancel after a charge has been processed for the next order, that order will still be dispatched. You may return it unopened under our change of mind returns policy.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry after 3 days and again after 7 days. If payment is not received after three attempts, your subscription will be paused. You can reactivate it at any time by updating your payment method in your account.

Subscription pricing changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If prices change, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.

8. Intellectual property

All content on hersorelle.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to RCS Digital Pty Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorelle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
