What data we collect

When you shop with us, we collect the information needed to process your order: name, email, shipping address, and payment information (handled securely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details). We also collect information about how you use our website to improve it.

How we use your data

We use your data to: process and fulfil your orders; send order and shipping updates; respond to your enquiries; send marketing emails if you've opted in; and improve our website and products. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Opt out of marketing emails

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to be removed from our mailing list immediately. Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates) are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while you have an active order.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers necessary to run our business: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processor, shipping carriers, and email platform. Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the store (session, cart, checkout). We also use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent the store from functioning correctly.
