Free worldwide shipping
All orders include free tracked shipping to over 100 countries. No minimum order value applies.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Sorelle is not responsible for carrier delays.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. All standard orders are tracked. If your tracking number has not updated in 5 business days, contact us at info@hersorelle.com.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these charges. If an order is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, we will refund the product cost only — original shipping fees are not refunded.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@hersorelle.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will reship or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect address
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@hersorelle.com. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur a re-shipping fee.
