30-night guarantee

We stand behind Sorelle Plump Tape. If you use the product consistently for 30 nights and are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 45 days of your order date for a full refund. You do not need to return the used product.

To claim your guarantee:

  • Email info@hersorelle.com with your order number
  • Include a photo or video showing you have used the product
  • Describe briefly what results you experienced
  • We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your claim

Proof of use (photo or video) is required to process a guarantee claim. This condition exists to protect the integrity of our guarantee for genuine customers.

Change of mind returns

We accept change of mind returns on unopened, unused product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in original, undamaged packaging.

  • Email info@hersorelle.com to initiate a return
  • Include a photo showing the product is unopened and undamaged
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense
  • Refund is issued once we receive and inspect the returned item

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@hersorelle.com with your order number and a photo showing the damage or incorrect item. We will reship the correct item at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened products (except under our 30-night guarantee)
  • Products purchased more than 45 days ago
  • Products returned without prior contact and a return authorisation from us

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement. We will email you when the refund is issued.

The 30-night guarantee applies to each individual subscription order independently. See our Subscribe & Save Terms (Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions) for subscription-specific terms.
